Modix partners with InstaVid to offer enhanced video capability
Modix, the digital marketing arm of Cox Automotive, has announced a new partnership with InstaVid that will allow it to offer new video and image capabilities to its dealer customer.
Partnering with this innovative imagery provider will allow Modix to add a raft of new features to its Modix 360 imagery and video product.
Modix 360 customers will now be able to use a single app to create a full range of imagery to showcase their stock. As well as fully interactive 360° interior and exterior images, the tool creates personalised and branded videos, and features a guided photography module to help dealers capture professional gallery images.
The easy-to-use tool can be fully integrated with stock inventory, and also allows dealers to share video and photo content directly with a customer via email or text message.
The announcement comes as research from Google and Ipsos US discovered that use of 360° images and videos significantly increases engagement and lead generation. In a recent study by the two businesses, 60% of car shoppers that used video during their research process reported visiting a dealership or dealer website after watching a video of a vehicle they were considering. *
