As Senior Director of European Sales & Marketing, Sebastian plays a vital role in the growth and development of RMS Automotive in Europe. Backed by more than 14 years of experience, Fuchs began his career with Jaguar Land Rover in Germany, where he rose through the ranks to manage remarketing activities for the automaker, including its approved used car program. Later he joined Hyundai Motor Europe to lead remarketing efforts for Hyundai Brand Fleet Sales across 28 markets in Europe. Following that, he served as international remarketing manager for Europcar, where he was responsible for driving the company’s remarketing strategy and activities throughout Europe and Australia. Most recently, Fuchs served as director of international used car sales for Volvo Car Corporation and was responsible for the company’s global used car efforts.
Stacy is a highly experienced remarketing professional in both the operational and account management automotive arena, and a fluent Spanish speaker. He has worked for Cox Automotive for over 25 years in a variety of remarketing roles that have brought him into direct, account management contact with major vehicle manufacturers, fleet and leasing customers, finance companies and dealer groups.
Adept at building trust-based relationships with customers and ensuring complete confidence in both service delivery and residual value achievement for their assets, he is focused on adding value and ensuring targets are surpassed. With strong presentation, thought leadership and communication skills, he has a track record spanning over 20 years for delivering results and ensuring sustainable business growth.
Nick Peluso is President for Manheim Digital Marketplaces and RMS Automotive. Peluso’s bold vision is defining the digital vision and strategy for Manheim’s digital channels’ growth efforts, enabling the digital portfolio of brands including OVE, Manheim.com, Simulcast, and RMS Automotive’s global business to create faster responses to the market transition(s), increasing client relevance and redefining ROI.
A respected thought leader, Peluso is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, sought out regularly to speak at key industry events such as NRC/NAAA, CAR, NADA, and IARA. As the driving force in the growth of RMS Automotive, Peluso has served as the company’s president since 2014 where he leads an executive team focused on the company’s vision to accelerate portfolio management through intelligent remarketing solutions and advanced data analytics. Through his leadership, Peluso fosters a strong collaborative culture, which he believes is fundamental to continued growth and international expansion. RMS Automotive is now operating in 15 countries with further development planned globally. Peluso joined Cox Automotive in 2000 as president of remarketing solutions for Manheim and soon became senior vice president of customer management for Manheim before being named the president of RMS Automotive in 2014. Before Cox Automotive, Peluso spent 12 years in leadership positions with ADT Automotive, Inc., including vice president of sales and marketing.
Nick and his wife Jessie reside in Las Vegas, enjoying their new grandparents’ status. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and a good game of golf.
As General Manager of RMS Automotive, Zach directs and coordinates the overall global activities of RMS to ensure optimum efficiency and productivity to maximize growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Zach is a seasoned remarketing industry executive, with extensive experience in the global wholesale automotive industry, having spent 15+ years developing and evolving SaaS platforms to support wholesale automotive processes. Zach is a graduate of Middlebury College and is the named inventor on numerous patents related to wholesale remarketing systems, including vehicle lifecycle management, electronic marketplaces, and third-party vehicle inspection processes.
Before joining RMS Automotive in 2015, Zach held several senior leadership roles at OPENLANE and served as VP of Product Management for ADESA.
With oversight of global sales and marketing for RMS Automotive, David is responsible for topline revenue and business development, including growth of customer acquisitions and client service opportunities. Key functions include development and execution of sales strategies, key account management and management of the global sales team. David also oversees the global marketing team’s efforts to identify and develop strategic initiatives and new client service opportunities. Prior to joining the RMS Automotive team, David held roles of increasing leadership at Cox Enterprises, providing continuous business improvement across multiple operational disciplines both domestically and globally. Before his roles at Cox Enterprises, David worked at Ernst & Young as part of their Advisory and Assurance practice. David is a former U.S. Marine who earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of West Florida.
As AVP of RMS Automotive Operations, Connie Suozzo is responsible for the quality, speed and efficiency in which RMS Automotive serves its’ Clients and Partners. Key functions include: Oversight for the global application support and leveraging third-party relationships that drive the best quality service possible across the RMS domestic and international footprint. Prior to joining RMS Automotive, Connie managed a team of Sales Engineers under Manheim’s National Client Sales Support team.
Connie joined Cox Automotive in 2013 from Allscripts, and has more than 15 years of leadership experience in operations and technology development.
Connie holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Journalism from Kansas State University, with a secondary major in Women’s Studies. She is based in Atlanta, GA where she resides with her husband Mike and two children, Jude and Finnley.
Scott Liniado is the Vice President of Technology and Operations for RMS Automotive. Scott is responsible for global technology, including engineering and infrastructure. Based in Atlanta, Scott works to build the right technology for the RMS Automotive product portfolio while delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
Prior to joining RMS Automotive, Scott founded a startup in the Atlanta area, CareerStream, which was later purchased by Kronos, a global workforce management solutions company. While at Kronos, Scott served in roles of increasing responsibility across product development, product management, and implementation. In his most recent position, Scott was Director of Product Management, where he was responsible for managing the product design, strategy, and the roadmap for their software solutions. In this role, he also coordinated and led all product development activities for multiple integrated global teams.
Ed Berkowitz is the Head of Product for RMS Automotive. Ed provides global oversight for the RMS Automotive product portfolio, client delivery, and analytics. Based in Silicon Valley, Ed manages vision, strategy and execution of the RMS vehicle portfolio management solution as well as the performance optimisation which together, enables clients to achieve increased remarketing efficiency while maximising portfolio values.
Prior to joining RMS Automotive, Ed held senior roles in the software field within the automotive and financial sectors, most recently serving as Vice President of Product Management for ADESA and OPENLANE. Previous roles also include broad Engineering and Operations responsibilities at RES Finance, Closedloop Solutions, Greenlight.com, Silicon Graphics, and Travelers Insurance Companies. Ed is known as a sharp analytical thinker, an innovative designer and developer of new business models – which has resulted in multiple patents.
Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Computer Coordinate from Trinity College. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
